After 30+ years in high fashion retail, I hung up my high heels for some cakes,

cookie batter and a whisk. I started my new company Knead Sweets Shop - Who could blame me, who doesn't need cake in their life, cake makes people happy!

All my baking secrets I learned from my mother and grandmother - so you can call me an "old School" baker as I  bake everything from scratch. All I need are a couple of eggs, flour, milk and a whisk and you'll be one step closer to heaven. My side passion quickly turned into my new life's journey.
